Logan City Skaters Selected for the World Championship in China

Exciting news once again for Logan City Speed Skating Club! Four of our outstanding athletes have been selected to represent Australia at the World Championship in China this September. A huge congratulations to Alyvia Samia, Zoe Martin, Raiden Dolder, and Rob Cook on this incredible achievement!

While these talented individuals have time to prepare for the world championship, they took a well-earned rest after Nationals and have just started back into intense training. Their journey to China will include competing in a few other competitions along the way, helping them sharpen their skills and gain further experience before the big event.

These four skaters were also part of the Australian team that competed at the World Roller Games in Italy last year. With this experience under their belts, they now have a solid understanding of what to expect at the highest level of competition. They know the hard work, dedication, and determination required to succeed, and when we see them at training, it's clear that it’s game on!

We at Logan City Speed Skating Club are incredibly proud of these athletes and all that they continue to achieve. Their passion and perseverance are truly inspiring as they push toward their goals and dreams.
