OUTDOOR, ALL AGES
WHO: Beginners to Advanced

WHAT: Road skills and fundamental technique training

WHEN: Sunday, 7:30am (start time may vary)

INTERMEDIATE SESSIONS
TUESDAY NIGHT
ROAD TRAINING
WHO: Everyone except beginners

WHAT: Road skills, drills and technique

WHEN: Monday, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

FRIDAY NIGHT
INDOOR TRAINING
WHO: Intermediate to Advanced

WHAT: Indoor skills, drills, technique and general training based on coaches' program

WHEN: Friday, 6:00pm - 7:00pm

ADVANCED SESSIONS
WEDNESDAY
INDOOR TRAINING
WHO: Advanced, for eligible skaters

WHAT: Indoor technique and performance training

WEEKDAY
ROAD TRAINING
WHO: Intermediate to Advanced, for eligible skaters

WHAT: Additional road technique and performance training sessions are available during the week. Please talk to your coach/es to check your suitability.
