Every great club has someone behind the scenes making sure things run smoothly, quietly guiding the next generation, and giving everything without ever asking for recognition.
For Logan City Speed, that person is Edward Dimmack.
Called Back to Rebuild Something Special
When the club was at a crossroads—numbers were low and the future uncertain—Rob and Cam reached out to Ed and asked if he’d consider coming back to help breathe life back into Logan City Speed.
Without hesitation, Ed said yes.
From that moment on, the three of them created something special—a team like no other. Together, they laid the foundations for the strong, thriving club we see today. It wasn’t about titles or roles. It was about heart, unity, and the shared belief that the club could once again become a place where young skaters grow, chase big goals, and belong.

Getting the Job Done—Always
Whether it was coaching sessions, setting up tracks, fixing gear, mentoring skaters, or just making sure everyone felt seen and supported—Ed got the job done. Every time.
His work ethic is unmatched, but it’s his team-first mindset that truly stands out. If something needed doing, Ed was the first to raise his hand—not for recognition, but because he genuinely cared. He lifted others up and kept the wheels turning behind the scenes with steady, unwavering dedication.
Coaching at the Highest Level
Thanks to Ed’s guidance and belief in our skaters, Logan City Speed has produced multiple national team athletes in the past two years—an incredible milestone for our club.
Even more remarkable: last year, Ed proudly stood beside them as their coach at the World Championships, helping them compete on the world stage.
His influence goes far beyond technical skill. He builds confidence, character, and resilience—the kind that shapes not just athletes, but young leaders.
“In Ed We Trust!”
One skater, who Ed mentored from the very beginning, summed it up in four words that have since become part of our club’s culture:“In Ed we trust!!”
Those words say it all. Ed has earned the respect and admiration of every skater, parent, and coach who’s walked through our doors.
A Legacy That Will Last
In recognition of his incredible contribution, we are proud to announce that Edward Dimmack has been awarded Life Membership of Logan City Speed.
It’s a small gesture for someone who has given so much—but it’s one we give with full hearts and endless gratitude.
Thank you, Ed You’ve shaped this club You’ve inspired generations. And we are forever better because of you.
With love and respect,Logan City Speed
