Simulated Race Series – Race 1, April 1st Only two weeks until Race 1 of our 2017 Indoor Race Series. This event is open to all skaters, from recreational to competitive, and to all Brisbane clubs and skaters.
We are planning a variety of races. To help us with planning please indicate your attendance to Catherine in person or via our Facebook event. Cost: $10 per person
Time: 1:30pm to 3:00pm
Location: Mount Warren Park Sports Centre. 32 Milne Street, Mount Warren Park.
Training Session Update Our road technique training session has now moved to Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm til 7:30pm as of March 22nd. We will also be using our flood lights so we can continue when the sun goes down. Cost: Free for current LCS members. $5 for non-club members per family.
“Get Going” Equipment Grant
Logan City Speed has now received our first order of speed skates.
Current members can register their interested to trial speed skates with Ed or Cam.
Thank you again to the hard work of Edward in applying for the grant, and Cameron and his subcommittee for researching and purchasing the skates.
